Terms of Service Topic Suggestion
Every web site. software application, electronic device, etc has one of these legal documents that you must agree to before using. I'd like to have someone speak to the group on how to build a proper "Terms of Service" agreement that is both human readable and legally binding. Things worth knowing would be who to talk to about creating one, the building block steps, etc.
For reference, check out the TWiL Podcast - Yo Comments Are Whack which got me thinking about this.
